Challenges you’re facing now
How to change a tire without stopping the car?
The whole difficulty of a transformation, whether Agile or not, is to bring about change without slowing down, or even stopping, entire sections of the company.
How to maintain business continuity? Where do you find the time to understand, accept and apply other ways of working? How can resistance to change be reduced as much as possible?
How do we help you, concretely?

Cultural Changes
Cultural ChangesChanging paradigms in your company doesn’t mean changing the processes
Transitioning to agility means that every individual participating in this transition is asked to deeply change their paradigms. Any change requires time, energy, clarity and trust.
We help you reaffirm your leadership, think product instead of a project, and put your best talents in the spotlight to act as servant leaders.
We listen to everybody’s concerns and answer adequately as an Agile transition is not a pure technical improvement, is not a procedural update but a deep and human adventure.

Start small, pursue wisely
Start small, pursue wiselyOne size never fits all. The biggest mistake made nowadays by companies in an Agile transformation is to apply a unique framework, tons of rules, and complicated organisation to all departments.
Choosing one product, one relevant group of projects, and embarking and liberating individuals from the company structure to collaborate and co-create the transformation is our preferred approach.
Experience and knowledge gained during the first transformation step shall help you to pursue the transformation with another product and so on and so forth.
In other words, an horizontal, wide and forced transformation to Agility is not the best way.
There’s no Agility without Business and IT working together.

A framework is a help, not a constraint
A framework is a help, not a constraintA framework is necessary to move forward in any business. However, this framework must be able to give enough freedom and flexibility to allow actors the possibility of giving the best of themselves.
The best Agile framework in the world is the one you create, and adapt over time.
